Birdie Chic • Highs & Lows

I went to a concert and I needed to strut my stuff. I have had confidence for days for … well, days.  I bought this skirt about a year ago. I may have worn it once, but I love it. It’s a mini skirt but it’s not.

Birdie Chic • Summer Time

I decided to do this outfit last minute!  It was a great decision – at least I think so!

The dress I have had for ions!  I have worn it when I went to tea with my favorite ladies!

Sometimes it is all about shopping your closet.  I have the problem of thinking I have to buy new clothes for a new look and that is not the case all of the time.  Sometimes it’s all about doing different combinations to make something new!

Birdie Chic • (another) 2 for 1

I am a huge fan of accessories and clothes.  Nothing too fashion/beauty guru-ish, but just enough to make my days at work just a little more stylish than the day before.  This is what I like to call, Birdie Chic!

I got these Abby Ballet Flats from Banana Republic for $13 during the Memorial Day Sale!  There was one left and it was just my size!  Now, if you look online, they are slightly more expensive.  I got teased because of the color, but neon yellow is more versatile than you think.  I have come to realize that neon yellow and grey is one of my favorite color combos!  But that aside, I wore these shoes twice with very different styles!

Top: Old Navy // Trousers: J. Crew // Necklace: Torrid

Birdie Chic • Just White & Blue

Happy 4th of July!

When my mom saw me in this outfit, she thought that I was super adorable (that may be an over exaggeration … LOL).  But this is something that I would wear for the 4th of July BBQ or family get together!

This is the first time that I actually wore Sperry’s and I like them a lot!  Sperry’s are great for just a casual afternoon.  These have an anchor print which does limit to where you can wear them, but I like them!
