
Nine times out of ten, my inner fat kid dominates my life! It’s pretty sad. I am addicted to Wild Cherry Pepsi. If I had my way I would have regular cola with cherry grenadine (yeah it’s that bad). But today, I felt like having my inner skinny kid out for a change! So after work, I put on a sports bra that I thought was too small for me (but is the best sports bra EVER) and went for a jog/walk!!

Now yesterday because of my stress level, I had like 30 million small boxes of Nerds candy (my favorite). I felt really lame and I decided to go for a jog. I ran for about 60 secs (which is good for me) and started to get pain everywhere! My feet, my knees, my shin splints came back! But at the end of the day I felt good … like I am a workout a way from a bikini … okay, I know. That’s definitely pushing it!
I love the LoseIt app! Even though I use it off and on, it’s still amazing to see what you put in your mouth. Like today, even though I was under today, I had no fruits and veggies at all … that’s crazy! My body must hate me right now!
